Paths to Pier 42 will be a series of art, educational, and design installations and public events along the East River Waterfront in the summer of 2013.

Join us at the Waterfront Community Day to

Learn about the new public space and how the community can be involved in creating it through projects connecting arts, culture, design, and ecology.

Imagine the possibilities, build a model of your vision for the waterfront and share your neighborhood stories and ideas about what you’d like to see.

Explore art, go on a walking tour, help plant a garden, and learn about river ecology.

Meet the artists and designers who will collaborate with local
organizations to develop creative installations to complement
public activities along the waterfront in the summer of 2013.

Taste offerings from local food trucks.
